GAME TABLE
The roulette wheel of Penny Roulette consists of numbers 1 through 36, alternately colored red and black, plus 0, which is green. Next to the Roulette wheel is the History panel, displaying the results of the five previous spins. The spin direction can be toggled between clockwise and counter-clockwise. The roulette table is the area of the game window where the players place their bets. Players can change the table color of the roulette layout by clicking the Color button. In addition, players can toggle the view of the roulette table between standard and split view by clicking the View button.

STANDARD BETS
The variety of the betting options in Penny Roulette is extensive and the descriptions of the standard inside and outside bets offered are listed in the table below. The player wins if the ball stops at the position covered by a placed bet.     

Inside bets are bets placed using the numbered part of the game table layout. Inside bets are all bets that have a payout that is higher than 1 to 1. Bets that pay even money (Red/Black, Low/High, and Odd/Even) are considered outside bets.

ANNOUNCE BETS
The racetrack is an extended part of the roulette table that allows players to place the following Announce bets by clicking on the corresponding section of the racetrack – Tier, Orphelins, Voisins du Zero, and Neighbors.

TIER
A bet on the sector of the roulette wheel opposite the 0 that covers about a third of roulette wheel between 33 and 27. The Tier bet places six chips on the table as Split bets on 5/8, 10/11, 13/16, 23/24, 27/30, and 33/36. The total of the Tier bet is 6 x the selected chip value. The true profit on this bet is 17 + 1 - 6 = 12 chips. So the payout is 12:6 or 2:1.

ORPHELINS
A bet on the numbers 17, 34, 6, 1, 20, 14, 31, 9. This bet places five chips: one Straight bet on the number 1 and give chips as Split bets on 6/9, 14/17, 17/20, 31/34. Note that number 17 participates in two splits (14/17 and 17/20).

VOISINS DU ZERO
A bet on the neighbors of 0 on the Roulette wheel that includes every number on the wheel between 22 and 25, covering nearly half of the wheel and including the zero. The Voisins du Zero bet places nine chips on the board, one chip as Split Bet on 0, one chip as Split Bet on 2/3, two chips as Corner Bet on 25/26/28/29 and one chip each as Split Bet on 4/7, 12/15, 18/21, 19/22, and 32/35. The total of the Voisins du Zero bet is 9 x the selected chip value.

NEIGHBOUR BETS
The racetrack also allows players to place the Neighbor bets – five chips are placed straight up to cover the chosen number and its four neighbors.

FINAL BETS
Final bets include all betting positions that have the selected Final number (0-9) as the last digit, and also the number itself. A Final bet is placed if the player clicks on a desired number from 0 to 9 in the More Bets panel. If the bets are within the table limits, more than one Final bet can be placed.
